Sweet Merlot is quite the unicorn! These grapes were hand-harvested on December 5th, late enough in the season for noble rot (botrytis) to naturally concentrate the flavors. Fermented spontaneously and aged in oak barrels, this wine is also vegan and organic — but most of all, uniquely delicious.
