Made from 100% Negroamaro grapes sourced from selected vineyards in Puglia, this wine undergoes a meticulous vinification process. After harvesting, the grapes ferment at a controlled temperature to preserve their fruitiness and aromas. A portion of the wine then ages in oak barrels, adding complexity and structure.
