Orders

There are 4 payment methods to choose from:

  1. Bank payment via IDEAL (free)
  2. Pay with the Gall & Gall gift card
  3. Pay afterwards (Klarna) (+ €1.95)
  4. Pay by credit card with VISA or Master Card.

The invoice will be sent by email when you place the order.

You can enter the discount code at checkout in the field where it says “coupon code”.

Then press “Add voucher”

Prices include VAT for all products shown.

Payments

To place an order you can follow the steps below;

  1. search for your favorite item by entering it in the search bar or navigating through the range
  2. click on the product of your choice. You will then find the product information
  3. To place the item in the shopping cart, click on “Add item”. Do you want to remove a product? Click on the shopping cart and then on ‘remove x’ next to the item
  1. go to the shopping cart by clicking on the icon at the top right or by clicking ‘to shopping cart’ after adding an item
  2. If you have all the items in the shopping cart and have entered any discount codes, click on ‘go to checkout’
  3. Enter your email address to log in or checkout as a guest
  4. Indicate whether you want the order delivered in the store or to a home address and when
  5. click ‘continue’ to go to the payment page.

It is not possible to cancel your order after it has been confirmed (receipt of order confirmation via email). In exceptional cases, you can still cancel by contacting shop@wineunplugged.nl or on +31 (0)626300394 on the day before delivery.

Yes, this can be done by adding your company name at check out.

For orders under 70 Euro shipping costs are charged at 7.95 Euro.

GUARANTEE

The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal guarantee wants say that a product is or should do what the consumer reasonably expects it to do can expect. Some products also have a manufacturer’s warranty. This
warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can do so in various ways ways to contact us::

  2. You can contact us via the contact form. You will receive it from us within 14 days a substantive response after receiving your complaint. If you disagree with the solution or can we not find a solution together? Then you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The packages are sent via DPD Vinologix. We aim to ship your order within 2 working days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your order.

The sale of alcohol is only permitted to adults. Age verification will be requested upon delivery.
