From terraces with large, round pebbles, the grapes for this wine are harvested by hand. After a meticulous fermentation, the wine matures for 18-24 months, partly in oak barriques. This process, along with minimal intervention in the vineyard, results in a complex ruby-red wine of great depth and purity. The taste and aroma are elegant, with integrated fruit, supple tannins, and a subtle spiciness, creating a lively and expressive Châteauneuf.
